The reason we burn out, lash out at the people we love and struggle to take the actions necessary to create the life that we want comes down to something far simpler than most people realise: your nervous system or sense of internal safety.
Ocean Bodywork is a rhythmic, deep tissue modality that treats the body, mind, and emotions as an integrated system. Inner systems work is the process of speaking to and understanding different parts of your psyche so we can support them in getting on the same page: it resolves the feeling of being pulled in different directions.
This is systemic work that catalyses change at the root - we help you release physical tension, overcome mental limits, and increase resilience - leaving you clearer, steadier, and able to handle more

What you'll experience

Arrival and Quick Check in:
We identify where your system is overloaded and how stress is showing up in your body. If appropriate, we set a clear intention for the session. Optional reflective tools (such as guided prompts or cards) may be used to support clarity and focus.
Nervous System Bodywork session:
The session is built on deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Practitioners use rhythmic forearm techniques and targeted deep-tissue work to mobilise fascia, release stored tension, and support the body’s stress-recovery response. Each session is personalised to the areas where your body is holding the most load.
Integration:
After the session, you receive grounded feedback on patterns noticed in your body and stress responses, along with practical steps to support continued regulation and resilience.

Dinah Frey
I have devoted my life to understanding the hidden forces behind what we experience in the body, the psyche, and the deeper layers of meaning in our lives. Excellence is one of my core values.
My approach blends extensive traditional Lomi Lomi training with intuitive systemic insights I began receiving at a young age, supporting clients through both physical tension and inner turning points.
I trained in traditional Lomi Lomi with international master teacher Sarah Hutt, hold international accreditation through The School of Intuition and Healing, and was initiated into transformational process work through Mami Onami’s Safehouse school. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Art.

N SYSTEM TIER 1

When your nervous system is overloaded, even your best strategies fail. This package helps you regain control.
We work directly with the hidden drivers of hesitation, overthinking, and burnout — so executing becomes natural instead of forced.
Burnout and hesitation don’t solve themselves. Early intervention saves time, energy, and costly mistakes later.
Tier 1: Boost Performance and Find Flow with a one-month Nervous System reset:
Nervous system bodywork sessions
Weekly 60-minute Ocean Bodywork session to reset your nervous system baseline and release hidden stress stored in your fascia and neuro systems
Session 1
Week 1 includes a Human Design Reading on your purpose. Human Design is the accumulation of several ancient archetypal systems and is derived from your birthday and time. Your take home practice for week one is personalised to your Human Design. We establish your goal for the program and your main blocks.
Session 2
Week 2 includes an enneagram of creation. We map out your most important goal, that you will achieve during the program on an enneagram developed by Russian philosopher Gurdjieff. The enneagram maps out how anything is existence is manifested - it shows us exactly what you need to do to bring about what you want - when to rest, when to push, when to do shadow work. No more than necessary and no less.
Session 3
Week 3 includes inner systems work. We speak to the parts of your psyche that are in resistance to your goals and the parts of you that are craving rest. By resolving their frustrations, you will be able to take action with no resistance and this will reflect in your outer world.
Session 4
Week 4 includes short inner systems work and the ending of your enneagram + reflection.
Support and Accountability
WhatsApp support for questions and adjustments between sessions + Daily prompts to hold you accountable and remind you how to prioritise your nervous system with daily meditation or movement.
N SYSTEM TIER 2

Tier 2: Resolve inner conflict and show up to your relationships and business self resourced.
This package is dear to my heart
Growing up, I felt disconnected from everyone in my family. As a teenager, this progressed to complete withdrawal, promiscuity and lies that put a deeper wedge between myself and those that I loved. At the same time, it is true that my family was not connected to me. They projected their fears and worries onto me. I couldn't be myself.
This reflected in my relationships as I got older. I had no sense of self, developed an eating disorder and could not find help in therapy. I needed something deeper: I needed to end the war happening within myself so I could be true to myself and develop compatible, loving relationships.
This is where inner systems work comes in.
I found my way to the work of Teal Swan and devoted myself to her practices. I found that I had a gift for being able to "take on the consciousness" of different parts of my psyche. I began speaking to them and getting them on the same page as eachother.
I knew I had to offer this work to others, and when I did, those people consistently experienced results. This was what I was here to do.

Tier 2: A two month inner systems and bodywork intensive.
Nervous system regulation sessions
Weekly 60-minute Ocean Bodywork session to reset your nervous system baseline and release hidden stress stored in your fascia and neuro systems. The difference in this package is that I will use intuition to pick up on the root of any bodily symptoms - allowing for greater progress towards health.
Week 1 + 3
Week 1 includes insight into what your human designs tells you about how you relate to other people ans how you make aligned decisions. Week 3 includes Human Design insight into your purpose. Human Design is an accumulation of ancient archetypal, philosophical systems derived from your birth date, time and place.
Week 2 + 4
In week 2 + 4 we introduce the enneagram of creation, developed by Russian philosopher Gurdjieff. This symbol explains how things come into existence. Using its tools, we map out your greatest goal for the program and create a step-by-step process on how you will achieve it. This symbol allows us not to work more or less than necessary to achieve our goals; it tells us exactly when to surrender, when to fight for what we want and when to dream.
Week 5 + 7
In week 5 + 7, we focus on the inner dialogue and parts that are in conflict with eachother and thus preventing you from experiencing ease in relationships. We may explore shame, procrastination, loneliness, fear. This is a simple and guided process which you will then be able to take into your everyday life.
Week 6 + 8
These are sessions where we begin closing off the enneagram, focus on taking action in improving your relationships and uncover the mental or emotional root of any physical symptoms your experiencing. During these weeks the focus is somatic, emotional release.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book online or can I pay in person?
What are your working hours?
My working hours are flexible and change depending on the needs of clients. I have availability from 7am to 10pm but once I have 3 sessions in that time frame I close bookings.
I completely understand that it may be more comfortable to pay in person, especially if it is your first session with me.
Paying online protects us from no-shows or late cancellations.
