Chakra and Aura Clearing

Before we manifest physically, we exist as energy. Chakras and the aura are areas of this energy that are more dense - each chakra represents a different area of our identity. By exploring their state - I receive clear information about where your blocks relative to a situation are.

They may be mental, emotional, related to your connection to earth or a host of other things. By going through the structure of the chakras and aura, we can categorise, heal and understand these.  In this modality, healing occurs by feeling the sensations or energy in each chakras in their expanded and contracted state and then making practical changes in your life to allow them to remain expanded.

Question 2

Inner Child Work/ Soul Retrieval

In this modality - we mentally revisit moments in your childhood that were instrumental in the patterns you are currently playing out. As we enter the memory, we relive it with complete presence for your younger self and offer your younger self the option to alter the situation. This process highlights the expanded feelings you are desiring to manifest in your life currently.

For example if your inner child would have wanted to have more control in the situation, it is an indication that you are being asked to be conscious of the control you have in your current life.

These are potent energies to work with as they relate to foundational experiences that built your current emotional and mental landscape.

Ancestral Work

In this modality we connect to the life force that flows from your ancestor to you as they are the ones who have gifted you with life. Often, patterns that seem difficult to transform in your life are so sticky because they did not begin with you.

In this work we connect to the ancestors that may be a resource of insight relative to your situation. We learn a bit about how your pattern may reflect theirs and practice instilling good boundaries. We let go of what is not ours and own what is ours so that we may find grace in choosing our own path relative to our ancestors.

Cord Cutting

Different experiences in our life can lead to energetic cords forming between us and other things or people in our lives. These cords act as a tool for us to remain attatched to others but sometimes this is done in a way that is inauthentic for us. Cord cutting is a ceremony where we energetically sever these cords while maintaining those that are in alignment with our authenticity.

This can make one feel more free and open in relationships, with a strong sense of self.  In this way we can connect to others in a way that feels expansive.

Grounding

If you have been feeling disconnected to your body or in persistent states of stress and fear, you will soon find that your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing dwindles. To ground is to commit to living on earth in the present moment. It is to entrain with the earths frequency and own your humanness.

To do this I offer a hands of energy healing where the pressure of my hands regulate your nervous system. We cultivate the frequency of safety and belonging on earth through guided visualisations and incorporate a daily task to maintain this grounding.

Grounding is the basis on which intuitive abilities and comfortably flourish. This session is done fully clothed.

Enneagram Magic

Enneagram Magic works with the Enneagram as a symbolic engine of manifestation. It maps how energy moves into form and what exact action, restraint, or inner adjustment is required at any moment.

Each line represents a distinct force: white magic (alignment and right action), black magic (distortion, misuse of will, or leakage), and red magic (the life force that animates creation). This system shows, with precision, where effort is needed and where it must stop: no more and no less. Used consciously, it restores right relationship between will, energy, and outcome for guaranteed results.

Tarot is used as a reflective tool for moments when things feel unclear, stuck, or hard to name. The images help interrupt mental loops and bring unspoken dynamics into view: internally, relationally, and energetically. In session, the cards are read practically to clarify what is influencing a situation, what may be overlooked, and what is ready to shift. Tarot predicts the future but the future can change in a single thought. The purpose is to find orientation so that you can consciously choose how you may step forward with the most alignment.
